Jesse was wonderful to work with. The process was easy and I appreciated all the guidance and knowledge he gave me. Install was also fast and the guys that came out were so nice and they did a fantastic job. Highly, highly recommend them over Mill Creek or Brewer/Carpet One! Used Jessie Blake to get some new carpet in a small room that I will be using as a home office. Very satisfied with the carpet, service, and installation. I would definitely use Carpet Direct again if and when I am able to get some other rooms ready for new carpet (they could use it!).
